About me

🦻Freelance artist since 2007

I'm Emilia, an 2D animation student and freelance illustrator from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
I started to drawing since 4 years old and I never stop. When I graduated from college my parents gift my first Wacom tablet and since that day I started to do digital art and keeping improve.

Arthy is more than my fursona, is the representation of myself, my soul, my personality.
Arthy is a feral dragon with white scales and wings, light-grey horns spines, and claws. Ambar yellow with orange eyes and round pupils. Canine teeth and a galgo body type with elegance thin and grace.
Arthy lives apart from humans with his mate Mango. She is shy, adventerous and curious for discover the world.About her hobbies she loves doing art and animation.

Before commissionig me

Check my art galleries or my portfolio before commisioning.
The commisions are done by 3 days of realization. There can extend by 5 days or a week in case of a extern problem.
Payments via Paypal (USD).
Please, don't remove my signature

Rights of the artist

I reserve the right to:

Post alternates of the image behind a paywall on such websites as Patreon.
Use rejected sketches for pieces for future works and YCH auctions.
Refuse service or cancel a commission to those who are exceptionally rude, cannot clearly communicate what they're wanting done, or have been known to back charge commissions once completed.
Allter and change my Terms of service as I see fit.
I have the right to cancel a commission. Payment will be refunded wholly or in part depending on the reason
I retain the rights to the artwork, which includes publish the artwork in an art book, post the image to my public gallery, etc. portfolios

Rights of clients

Post the finished commission to your gallery as well, crediting me in the description. You may make prints of the work for personal use only.
NOT use the commissioned piece for commercial purposes.
You (the Client) are NOT allowed to edit the work, but you are allowed to crop and rezise the artwork to make wallpapers, forums banners, Icons and other images that have non-commercial purpouse.
If you do not want the drawing is published, no problem, just say it.

Payment 💰

The prices are always expressed in USD (United States Dollars) or in ARS (Argentinian Pesos).
Full payment upfront, no exceptions.
Payments will be made via:

MercadoPago, Transfer via CBU / CVU (Pesos argentinos)
Invoice via Paypal (USD only)

I will start the commission after the payment has been completed.
Devolutions are NOT accepted.
Keep in mind, PayPal charge me 0,30 USD and the 5,4% of the money that you send (tips and small additional payments must be sent at the same time you pay the commission).

Las comisiones tienen 3 días de realización, pudiendo extenderse hasta 5 o una semana en caso que ocurra algún contratiempo.

Derechos del artista

Publicar alternativas de la imagen detrás de una donación en sitios web como Patreon.
Usar bocetos rechazados para piezas para trabajos futuros y subastas de YCH.
Rechazar una comision o cancelar una comision por causas que afecten a la misma negativamente. luego de ser esta ya pautada con el cliente.
Alterar y cambiar mis Condiciones de servicio como mejor me parezca.
Publicar el dibujo en mis galerias de arte en concepto de publicidad de mi trabajo.
Tengo derecho a cancelar una comisión. El pago será reembolsado total o parcialmente dependiendo de la razón.
Conservo los derechos de la obra de arte, que incluye publicar la obra en un libro, en mi galería pública, portafolio.

Derechos del cliente

También puede publicar la comisión terminada en su galería u otros sitios, acreditándome en la descripción. Usted puede hacer impresiones de la obra para uso personal solamente.
Usted NO está autorizado para editar el trabajo, pero se le permite recortar y redimensionar la obra de arte para crear fondos de pantalla, banners de foros, iconos y otras imágenes que tienen proposito no comercial.
NO puede usar la pieza encargada con fines comerciales.
Si no desea que se publique el dibujo, no hay problema, simplemente dígalo.

Payment 💰

Los precios están expresados en USD (Dolar americano) o en ARS (Peso argentino).
Pago completo, sin exepciones.
Los pagos son efectuados en:

MercadoPago, transferencia via CBU /CVU (Pesos argentinos)
PayPal (USD)

Empezaré la comisión después de que el pago se haya completado.
NO se aceptan devoluciones.
